Both. You can stay by the day, the week, or the month — all bookable right here on our site, with the best long-term value on monthly stays.

What does a site cost?

Standard sites start at $30/day, $200/week, or $575/month. Premium fenced sites start at $40/day, $250/week, or $675/month. All utilities are included.

What hookups are included?

Every site has full hookups — water, electric, and sewer — plus garbage and all utilities, on a spacious concrete pad.

What are the site sizes?

Standard sites are 52′×35′ and 60′×35′. Premium fenced sites are 65′×35′ and 70′×35′. All sites are big-rig friendly.

What are the move-in costs for monthly stays?

A $200 refundable security deposit, a $15 background check per adult, and a one-time $30 pet fee if you have pets.

How do I reserve a monthly site?

Book directly on our site — choose your site and dates, complete your application during checkout, pass a quick background check, and submit payment to secure your site.

Are pets allowed at the sites?

Yes — pets are welcome, and there’s an on-site dog park. Premium sites also include a private fenced yard.
